When can I expect my monthly box?
Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be packed and ready shipping within 3-5 days of that payment, sometimes earlier!
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st.
Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?
There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your boxes! But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please email contact@shopjournalpoint.com to notify about the desire to cancel. Include the full name that is on the original order.
Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
Can I use a pre-paid card for my subscription?
Pre-paid cards are not eligible for recurring payments, which are required for our subscriptions. To avoid payment issues, please use a credit or debit card that can process ongoing transactions.
