Refund Policy

JournalPoint offers a 14-day return policy for most items purchased from our store. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If the error is on our part, we will rectify it. To be eligible for a replacement, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your item.

Requesting a Replacement

If your item is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Once the issue is confirmed, we will be happy to replace the item.
