How do billing, shipping, and cancellations work?

RENEWALS:
Your first payment is collected when you subscribe. After that, your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month for the following month's Rooted Experience.

For example, subscribe by November 1st to receive the December package.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Packages ship by the 28th of each month, with the goal of arriving near the beginning of the following month.

If you subscribe after the 28th, your first package will be included in the next scheduled shipment.

PAUSING OR CANCELING:
Life happens, and we understand! 🌿

You can request to pause or cancel your subscription by emailing contact@shopjournalpoint.com or using our contact form (click here).

Please submit cancellation requests by the 28th of the month to avoid the next renewal charge.
